All backing tracks remain the property of Heritage Studio at all times and are offered for license only. This is a professional licensing agreement and not a retail agreement. No goods form any part of this agreement.

Delivery Policy

An mp3 or WAV file of each licensed backing track will be made available to download. BackingTrackPro.com accepts no responsibility for losses or delays by your ISP or any other method of delivery elected by the licensee. If you are experiencing difficulty in downloading or have not received your product - please contact us outlining the problem and we shall do our best to assist you.

Export Restrictions

No limitations on the export of our digitally purchased and delivered products are in place. Physical copies of our products are availble to purchase via CD. Please contact us for more details of this service

License of Backing Tracks from Backing Track Pro

A license to use backing tracks as an accompaniment to live performance is granted only to the licensee named. Use by third parties, lending, hiring or re-selling is strictly forbidden and a license will be deemed invalid in the event of breach of any/all of the terms and conditions stated herein, rendering any further use by licensee of the backing tracks illegal. No other rights are granted by the license.

Once purchased, the license cannot be cancelled by licensee. Due to the nature of this license we are unable to accept any backing tracks returned for credit or exchange unless supplied in error by BackingTrackPro.com. We are unable to rectify any discrepancies to orders unless reported to us within five working days of receipt.

This agreement is made in England and in the event of any dispute arising regarding this agreement, same will be settled under the law(s) of England within the jurisdiction of the courts within England.

Although every effort is made to provide the best possible product we reserve the right to make changes from the original recordings where we consider necessary. It is not always feasible to reproduce tracks to the original. In many cases exact reproductions would not be suitable for live artists due to repeat and fade endings or impractical instrumental breaks etc. Furthermore it is generally accepted and understood that all studios have their own individual style and sound.

We'd like to thank the excellent vocalists who have contributed to our tracks and have granted their permission for us to supply their backing vocal arrangements online.

Refund, Replacement and Cancellations

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, we are happy to discuss the possibility of a refund. However, it must be taken into account that licence fees, card processing charges and bandwidth costs will already have been applied to your purchase and we cannot refund these charges. It must also be understood that due to digital nature of the product, we must ask you that if a refund is granted, that any copies of that track are destroyed and are not performed as the licence for the track will be null and void. Rather than refunds, we prefer to supply replacements of  the same track.
If your purchase is damaged in any way, or you feel the quality of your download is not of a high enough standard, please get in touch and we will arrange for a new copy of the track to be sent to you either electronically, or a hard copy in the post.

Cancellations of purchases are possible before payment is taken. However, if payment is authorised and cleared - cancellations of orders are not possible as at this point, the automated delivery service is triggered.

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials (including, without limitation, all designs, files, stylesheets, text, graphics and their selection and arrangement) on this Website are the copyright of BackingTrackPro.com. No material on this web site may be copied or reproduced in any form whatsoever, whether physical, electronic or otherwise, without the express, prior, written consent of BackingTrackPro.com.

All brand names, product names and/or service names used in this Website are trademarks, trade names, service marks or copyrights of their respective holders.
